Resolution No.17 of 2020 to amend some provisions of the Executive Regulations of Decree-Law No.28 of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones issued by Resolution No.1 of 2000.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles adds articles 35 bis, 35 bis(1), and 35 bis(2) dealing with conditions and criteria to be followed by the owner of the industrial project to establish a residential building to accommodate the workers of his facility on the land designated for the project.
