Resolution No.2 of 2016 on the formation and organization of the activity of the Standing Technical Advisory Committee of the Council of Water Resources.

This Resolution consisting of 8 articles aims at establishing a Standing Technical Advisory Committee of the Council of Water Resources. Main tasks of the Committee are: providing technical support to the Council of Water Resources in the formulation of policies, strategies and water plans; coordinating with all the authorities responsible for water resources management to review and update the concerned legislation; and overseeing the workflow between the concerned authorities in regard to follow up on implementation of the decisions, plans and programs of the Council of Water Resources.
