Resolution No.3 of 2025 issued by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment regarding the prohibition of fishing, selling, or trading in juvenile fish and crustaceans.

Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 5 Articles, prohibits the catching, selling, or trading of small fish and crustaceans shorter than the minimum lengths specified in the table. Under Article 2, authorized marine resource inspectors may access vessels, fishing areas, and storage sites to ensure compliance with this Resolution and may seize or handle equipment at risk of spoilage. Penalties for violations are stipulated in Decree-Law No. 20 of 2002.
