Abstract
This Act extends the fishery limits of Brunei Darussalam to 200 nautical miles from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea adjacent to Brunei Darussalam is measured.
His Majesty’s Government shall designate, by order, any country outside Brunei Darussalam and areas within Brunei Darussalam fishery limits in which fishing boats registered in that country may fish. All other foreign fishing boats shall not enter Brunei Darussalam fishery limits except in cases described in the Act.
