Abstract
This Act aims at controlling the straying of buffaloes and cattle to prevent the damaging of public land or private grounds.
The Act prescribes fines to be paid by the owners of buffaloes that have damaged cultivated land or public roads. Furthermore, it provides for measures to be followed with sick or dead buffaloes.
The Act also provides for quarantine measures for buffaloes entering into Brunei Darussalam.
