Abstract
This Order establishes the substitution amendment anmd insertion of several sections of Chapter 84 of the Co-operative Societies Act. Amendments deal with several matters related to adminstrative and legal proceedings, such as: Societies which may be registered, registration requirements, Formation of subsidiaries, Qualifications for membership, Duties and powers of Board, Transfer of societies, Investment of funds, etc.
