Emergency (Forest Rules) (Amendment) Order, 2000.

This Forest (Amendment) Order amends specific Rules and the Third Schedule of the Forest Rules. In particular, this Order amends Rule 30 by deleting "Minor penalties" from the marginal note and by substituting "Offences" therefor. Rule 31 of the Rules is amended by deleting "Major penalties" from the marginal note and by substituting "Further offences" therefor. The Rules are amended in the rules specified in the first column of appearing below by deleting the words and figures specified opposite thereto in the second column and by substituting therefor the words and figures specified opposite thereto in the third column.
