Fisheries (Amendment) Order, 2010.

This Order establishes the amendment of Section 37 of the Fisheries Order, 2009, by deleting the provision specifying that the Director and Deputy Director of Fisheries and any police officer not below the rank of Superintendent may compound any offence against this Order, except an offence under sections 15(1).
