Fisheries (Amendment) Order, 2020.

This Order consisting of 2 Sections amends Section 31 of the principal Order dealing with fisheries with explosives, in particular (i) by modifying some expressions related to the possession of explosives; (ii) by adding the following paragraph concerning the guilty cases for who 'is found in possession of fish which has been captured with the aid of any explosive or poisonous substance and who does not give a satisfactory account as to how he came to be in possession thereof'.
