Magistrates' Court Rules 2016

The Rules include several parts: i) Electronic filing service; ii) Electronic filing service operator; iii) Computer system of electronic service provider; iv) Service bureau; v) Registered user and authorized user; vi) Electronic filing; vii) Signing of electronic documents; viii) Date of filing; ix) Time for service; x) Service of documents; xi) Notifications or delivery by Magistrate; xii) Mode of amendment of electronic document; xiii) Affidavits in electronic form; and xiv) Discrepancy.
