Abstract
This Order, consisting of three Parts, provides for several matters regarding maritime offences and penalties concerning the following Ship and Fixed Platform sectors: Hijacking of ships, Seizing or exercising control of fixed platforms, Destroying ships or fixed platforms or endangering their safety, Other acts endangering or likely to endanger safe navigation, Offences involving threats, Ancillary offences, Master's power of delivery, General penalty, Jurisdiction, Offences deemed to be seizable and non-bailable, Written consent of Public Prosecutor required, Attempts, abetment and conspiracy, Evidence on certain matters, Regulations.
