Abstract
This Act, consisting of 47 sections divided into six Parts, regulates the sector of tourism enterprise within the Brunei Darussalam. It establishes licensing requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the tourism activity within the State and in addition specifies the composition, duties and responsibilities of the Brunei Darussalam Tourism Board. This Order is divided as follows: Preliminary (Part I); Brunei Darussalam Tourism Board (Part II); Travel Agents (Part III); Tourist Guide (Part IV); Registration of Tourist Accommodation Premises (Part V); General (Part VI).
