This Act specifies sanctions to be paid for illicit cultivation. It consists of 25 articles concerning the law enforcement which prescribes land expropriation procedures and other forms of provisions. It specifies that cultivation of psychotropic plants may be authorized only with terapeutic purposes by the Ministry of Health.
