Abstract
This Administrative Decree approves rules and procedures to be followed in cases involving the collection of pecuniary penalties and other debts owed to IBAMA. The violation notification shall be recorded on its proper form, in accordance with the approved model, and must contain no corrections or erasures that compromise its validity (it consists of 7 chapters).
