Abstract
This Decree promulgates the Agreement between Brazil and the Republic of Korea on the pacific use of nuclear energy. The agreement, consisting of 17 articles and 3 Annexes, establishes nuclear substances to be used, terms and conditions to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity. The agreement was signed in Seul, on 18 January 2001.
