Abstract
This Agreement implements the bilateral Agreement on Energy and Water discharge Technical Cooperation signed in Riyadh, on 16 May 2009 between the Government of the Federal Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Agreement, consisting of 15 articles, specifies the technical areas in which this cooperation will operate in order to share technological information, such as: technical knowledge on hydraulic resources, water discharge treatment and management, use of water for energy production, etc. This Agreement will replace the Technical add Economic Cooperation Agreement signed in 1975.
