Decree of 2 April 2004 declaring of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, specific State properties.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties within the States of: Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Mato Grosso do Sul, Sergipe and Tocantins: Fazenda Porteiras e outra; Fazenda Panorama; Cuba; Fazenda Bela Manhã; Fazenda Lagoa do Bonome; Fazenda Araticum; Fazenda JC; Fazenda Barro Alto. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
