Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties within the States of Bahia, Goias, Maranhão, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina: Fazenda Itatiaia; Fazenda São Lourenço do Paraíso; Fazenda Escalada do Rio Preto; Fazenda Pintado São Bartolomeu; Fazenda Bom Conselho; Lote 150 L (Município de Campo Erê). The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
