Decree No. 10.068 establishing criteria and procedures for environmental adaptation of processing industries of sugar cane to produce Ethanol, Sugar and Electric Power.

This Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes criteria and procedures for environmental adaptation of Processing Factories of sugar cane entitled to produce Ethanol, Sugar and Electric Power. These processing factories are responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance and monitoring of the storage and distribution of stillage system and should comply with the criteria and procedures established in the text.
