Decree No. 10.246 creating the "Brasil Mais" Programme and providing for the Brasil Mais Programme Strategic Orientation Committee.

This Decree creates the "Brasil Mais" Programme and provides for the related Strategic Orientation Committee designed to raise the levels of productivity and efficiency in Brazilian companies through extension works. Extension works aim at promoting and disseminating knowledge, techniques and productive practices that generate good practices, through the provision of services, the indication of managerial improvements and continuous improvement of the management of production processes. The objectives of the Programme are: the development and application of techniques aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency in the production process in companies from different segments in the national territory; the development and application of tools and technological solutions for monitoring productivity and efficiency in the production process; and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement in the production process of Brazilian companies.
