Decree No. 10.318 approving the State Secretariat for Agriculture, Livestock and Supply.

This Decree approves the State Secretariat for Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (SEAPA) as a body under the direct administration of the Executive Branch of the State of Goiás, in accordance with art. 16 of State Law No. 21.792 of 16 February 2023. SEAPA is responsible for: I – the formulation and execution of state agricultural, livestock, aquaculture and fishing policies; II – land regularization of rural areas of non-cultivated land; III – the formulation and execution of technical assistance, rural extension, agricultural research, animal and plant health, and supply policies; IV – the promotion of rural and land development; and V – planning, supervision and execution of irrigation projects of interest to the State of Goiás.
