Decree No. 10.692 creating the National Registry of Municipalities with Areas Susceptible to Landslides of Great Impact, Sudden Floods or Related Geological or Hydrological Processes.

This Decree creates the National Registry of Municipalities with Areas Susceptible to the Occurrence of Landslides of Great Impact, Sudden Floods or Related Geological or Hydrological Processes. The National Registry is intended to publish information relating to the registered Municipalities on the evolution of occupations in areas susceptible to the occurrence of landslides of great impact, sudden floods or related geological or hydrological processes in the Municipalities, subject to the provisions of art. 3-A of Law No. 12.340 of 1 December 2010.
