Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 19 articles establishes the National Collaborative Network for the Sustainable Management of Fishery Resources - "Rede Pesca Brasil". In particular, it establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Network as a consultative and advisory nature, entitled to subsidize the management for the sustainable use of fishery resources. Rede Pesca Brasil is composed of representatives of federal, state, district or municipal public administration entities; and the company involved in the fishing activity.
