Decree No. 11.529 creating the System of Integrity, Transparency and Access to Information of the Federal Public Administration and the Policy of Transparency and Access to Information of the Federal Public Administration.

This Decree creates the System of Integrity, Transparency and Access to Information of the Federal Public Administration and the Policy of Transparency and Access to Information of the Federal Public Administration (Sitai). It applies to bodies and entities of the direct federal public administration, autarchic and foundational. The objectives of Sitai are: coordinate and articulate activities related to integrity, transparency and access to information; establish standards for practices and measures of integrity, transparency and access to information; and increase the symmetry of information and data in the relations between the federal public administration and society.
