Abstract
This Decree approves the Internal Regulations of the State Council for the Environment and Forests (CEMAF). These Internal Regulations, pursuant to Article 4 of Law No. 1.022 of 21 January 1992, establish the structure, composition, functioning, meetings, deliberations and other aspects of the State Council for the Environment and Forests (CEMAF). The CEMAF is a higher deliberative and regulatory body responsible for defining environmental and forestry policies, plans, and strategies for the State of Acre, and is part of the State System for the Environment and Forestry (SISMAF).
