Abstract
This Decree promulgates the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on the Protection of the Ozone Layer, signed by the Federative Republic of Brazil in Kigali, on 15 October 2016. It aims to protect the ozone layer and combat climate change, and was generally adopted in Kigali, Rwanda, during the 28th Meeting of States Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, with reserve to article 4.
