Abstract
This Decree regulates the Federal Inspection Network for the Bolsa Família Programme and the Registry for Social Programmes of the Federal Government (CadÚnico). The Federal Inspection Network is responsible for proposing measures, procedures and methodologies to: I - improve the qualification of the information contained in CadÚnico and that related to the management of the Bolsa Família Programme; II - improve the supervision of CadÚnico and the Bolsa Família Programme; and III - prevent fraud in CadÚnico and the Bolsa Família Programme. The following principles must be observed by the Federal Inspection Network: I - mutual assistance, observing the competence of each member body; II - sharing of information and databases, in compliance with legislation; III - integration and improvement of work methodologies; IV - compliance with the competencies and management and operational processes of each participating body; and V - promotion of the exchange of experiences.
