Abstract
This Decree regulates Article 26 of Law No. 14.133 of 1 April 2021, to provide for the application of the margin of preference within the scope of the direct, autonomous, and foundational federal public administration, and establishes the Interministerial Commission for Public Procurement for Sustainable Development (CICS).
