Decree No. 11.920 establishing the Interministerial Working Group to prepare the proposal for the National Territorial Planning Policy.

This Decree establishes the Interministerial Working Group to prepare the proposal for the National Territorial Planning Policy (PNOT). The Interministerial Working Group is a technical advisory and interministerial coordination body within the Ministry of Integration and Regional Development. In particular, the Interministerial Working Group is responsible for: preparing the proposal for a normative act that establishes the PNOT, indicating its principles, guidelines and objectives; and proposing the governance model for implementing the PNOT, which includes: a) articulation of the federal Government’s actions in the national territory; b) federative cooperation; c) social participation; and d) proposal of strategies and instruments for conflict mediation and collaborative management of the territory.
