Abstract
This Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry of Environment and Legal Amazonia. It consists of 26 articles specifying composition, duties and competencies of aforementioned Ministry. It regulates environmental exploitation, controls, information, coordinating programs with other institutions, etc. concerning natural resources' management.
