Abstract
This Decree provides for the Permanent Technical Advisory Committee, an advisory body that is part of the Brazilian Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading System (SBCE), as referred to in Article 6, caput, item III, and Article 9 of Law No. 15.042 of 11 December 2024. The Permanent Technical Advisory Committee is responsible for discussing matters related to the implementation and operation of the SBCE and for presenting subsidies and recommendations.
