Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation of National Forests Programme - FLONAS. It consists of 9 articles and 1 appendix laying down the requirements to be satisfied for forests' exploitation and management. It establishes fees to be paid and authorized activities in these protected areas under the control of Ibama. The appendix lists national forests by regions.
