Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 63 articles divided into eleven Chapters, regulates the standards for licensing processing establishments, the registration and marketing of edible artisanal products of animal and vegetable origin in the State of Pará, as well as the need to qualify family agriculture and small-scale agro-industrial establishment. The standards for the licensing of establishments engaged in artisanal activities or processing, registering and marketing artisanal products and edible family farming products from animal and vegetable origin in the State of Pará shall be regulated in accordance with Law No. 7.565 of 25 October 2011. Monitoring and other actions arising from the activities provided for in this Decree will be carried out by the Agricultural Protection Agency of the State of Pará (ADEPARÁ).
