Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters, regulates the State Council for Water Resources of Par (CERH/PA). CERH/PA is a consultative, deliberative and normative body, created by State Law No. 6.381 of 25 July 2001, linked to the State Organizing Authority for Water Resources of Par . It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, which under the Governing Body of the State Policy for Water Resources of Par , shall provide the services of the Executive Secretariat of the CERH/PA, and provide technical, administrative and financial support indispensable for its operation.
