Abstract
This Decree establishes procedures for the collection of live fish specimens in the wild environment, intended for the replacement of breeding stock, within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. The collection of live fish specimens must be the subject of an Environmental Authorization, issued by the Mato Grosso do Sul Environment Institute (IMASUL) for licensed undertakings, when intended exclusively for the replacement of breeding stock, in: I - aquaculture breeding activities; or II - scientific research projects. The enterprise interested in carrying out these activities must submit the necessary documents to the IMASUL.
