Abstract
This Decree establishes the State Programme for Animal Life Protection Policies in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS Vida Animal). The main objective of this programme is to develop and consolidate effective public policies for the protection of domestic and stray animals, through the development and implementation of projects, processes, actions, indicators, targets and services offered to the population.
