Decree No. 16.366 establishing the State Committee for the Bio-Oceanic Route (CEG-ROTA).

This Decree establishes the State Committee for the Bio-Oceanic Route (CEG-ROTA), responsible for establishing guidelines, governance and development measures in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: identify the main infrastructures for South American development of the bio-oceanic corridors; encourage the preparation of research related to South American integration and development, with a view to contributing to the socio-economic development of the region; promote the alignment of integration initiatives with the long-term planning; promote the alignment of South American integration and development initiatives with long-term planning of the Multi-Year Plan; support the monitoring and evaluation of the impacts of actions related to the integration and South American development, by analyzing socio-economic and environmental indicators, etc.
