Abstract
This Decree creates the Technical Committee to Support Coastal Management of the State of Pará (CTGERCO/PA), under the State Secretariat for Environment and Sustainability (SEMAS). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Committee aimed at promoting and strengthening actions related to State Coastal Management, in addition to providing the participation of bodies and entities that operate in the coastal area of Pará. The Committee's actions will be developed in line with the National Coastal Management Plan (PNGC) and the State Environmental Policy.
