Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 0621 on the exemption from the VAT all foodstuff produced by family farmers for school feeding programme within the National Programme for Strengthening Family Agriculture. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to foodstuff produced for school feeding, promoted by family farmers or rural family entrepreneur or related organizations, which are destined to the Ministry of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger, in order to operationalize the related national food security programmes.
