Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 9 Chapters, creates the Environmental Regularization Programme for Rural Properties of the State of Rondônia (PRA). It establishes the above mentioned Environmental Programme referred to in art. 59 of the Federal Law 126.51 of 25 May 2012, aiming to promote environmental regularization of rural properties with environmental degradation relating to the Permanent Preservation, Legal Reserves and Restricted Use Areas. PRA instruments are the following: Rural Environmental Registry - CAR; Commitment Agreement Term; Rehabilitation Project for Degraded Areas - PRADA; and Environmental Reserve Quota - CRA.
