Abstract
This Decree approves the reform of the regulations of the Rural Development Fund of the State of Amapá, created by Law No. 39 of 11 December 1992. The purpose of the Fund is to promote the implementation and compatibility of specific actions aimed at the development of the following sectors: agriculture and livestock, plant extraction, agro-industry, artisanal fishing and aquaculture, through the use of the following financial instruments: I - Non-reimbursable: a) Infrastructure to support production and commercialization; b) Promotion of production; c) Support for institutions representing family production; II - Reimbursable: a) Credit. These actions aim to contribute to the development of the rural environment with components and interrelationships of all family agricultural and livestock production activities through non-reimbursable resources from the Fund. To achieve its objectives, the State Rural Development Fund (FRAP) will grant financial assistance in the form of Reimbursable credit to: I - programmes for agricultural activities to strengthen family production; II - programmes for community forest management activities; III - programmes for the use of raw materials (industrialization of integrated rural projects); IV - programmes to support artisanal fishing and aquaculture.
