Abstract
This Decree establishes terms and conditions for the amortization or cash financing for the cost of basic food consumption of the population, the small rural producer is assured the granting of a Federal Government Loan (EGF), under the modality with a put option (COV), or the Acquisition of the Federal Government (AGF), under the specific conditions established in this Decree. The Decree establishes also that wheat, rice, beans, cassava, corn and soybeans, as well as their by-products supported by the Minimum Price Guarantee Policy, are considered a basic food product of the population. A small rural producer is considered to be an individual or legal entity classified as such when granting funding, including when granted through a cooperative within the on-lending system, in accordance with rural credit rules.
