Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, establishes the priority areas within the State for legal reserve compensation purposes. It specifies compensation requirements for Legal Reserve areas within the State of Mato Grosso, required by owner or possessor of rural property located in other States, held on 22 July 2008, Legal Reserve area in a lower extension of the established in art. 12 of Law 12.651. The following areas are established as priority: those units located in Nature Conservation public domain of Mato Grosso and not yet regularized; those hosting migratory species threatened with extinction according to the official list published by the National Environmental System (SISNAMA); defined by the Ministry of the Environment, in Decree No. 5.092 of 21 May 2004, etc.
