Decree No. 37.964 creating the Consultative Committee (CCP) of the Amazon Sustainable Management Project (PAGES).

This Decree creates the Consultative Committee (CCP) of the Amazon Sustainable Management Project (PAGES), under the coordination of the State Secretariat for Family Farming (SAF). The PAGES CCP is responsible to perform the following activities: I - guiding the Project Management Unit (PMU) with regard to the public policies of the Government of Maranhão that prioritise its areas of activity; II - reviewing and recommending, once a year, the Annual Operational Plans - AOPs that will subsidise the PMU's actions; III - discuss, evaluate and monitor the information and actions inherent to PAGES; IV - issue recommendations to the PAGES coordinators to better align their actions with the PAGES objectives. All representatives undertake to comply with and enforce the rules against fraud and corruption established in the Financing Agreement signed between the Government of the State of Maranhão and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), in accordance with the Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Corruption in Projects Financed by IFAD.
