Abstract
This Decree, composed of 18 articles divided in three Chapters, regulates the Control System of Forest Products Generated within Rio Grande do Sul State. The aim is to implement compulsory licensing procedures for transport and trade of native forest products. In particular, it regulates transport authorization procedures and the Special Transport Regime RET/RS. The Secretary of Environment shall introduce all necessary provisions to grant proper implementation of the Decree.
