Abstract
This Decree provides for the implementation of the Integrated Water and Landscape Management Programme. It authorizes the State Secretariat for the Environment and Water Resources (SEAMA) to carry out works, reforms and other engineering services, necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Water and Landscape Management Programme, in accordance with Decree No. 3.911-R of 15 December 2015.
