Abstract
This Decree regulates the Sovereign Fund of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FUNSERJ), created by Complementary Law No. 200 of 2 March 2022, as amended. The Fund is a special financial and accounting fund, aimed to finance the social and economic development of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The Sovereign Fund is made up of: Management Board, Fund Management Unit, Executive Secretariat of the Management Board and Advisory Committee.
