Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 5 articles, creates the Sub-secretariat of Mining under the Secretariat of Energy. It also establishes that the Sub-secretariat of Oil, Gas and Mining, under the Secretariat of Energy, will be replaced by the Sub-secretariat of Oil and Gas.
