Decree No. 57.520 creating the Women Entrepreneurship Interinstitutional State Committee (Avança Mulher Empreendedora).

This Decree creates the Women Entrepreneurship Interinstitutional State Committee (Avança Mulher Empreendedora), with the aim of promoting female entrepreneurship with special attention to women in highly vulnerable communities and those affected by climate disasters. The objectives of the State Committee are: promote the formalization and legalization of informal businesses; leverage entrepreneurial education for women; organize actions to train women entrepreneurs in the management of businesses, provide more qualified management focused on the useful life of the companies; promote actions to develop skills, competences and perspectives necessary for transformative female leadership; work on self-knowledge and empowering women entrepreneurs to be leaders of their businesses; articulate simplified access to specific credit lines with benefits for women entrepreneurs; support the sustainable development of communities, based on the transformative action of women; and support state reconstruction actions in the event of disasters.
