Abstract
This Decree, composed of seven articles and three Annexes, amends and integrates several provisions of Decree No. 4.074 of 2002 on agrochemicals waste, packaging and control. In particular, it amends articles No.10, 86 and 94 of Decree No. 4.074 of 2002. Moreover, it introduces new articles (10-A, 10-B, 10-C, 12-A, 25-A). Furthermore, it integrates items 12, 16, 17, 19.1, 20.1, 21, 22 and 23 of Annex II. Finally, it revises Annex X.
